Classic “button style” mouse squeaker in a double version. Put in in your mouth (try to use your lips around it) and exhale/inhale to simulate a mouse in trouble. Its a good way of starting a predator calling session, before using a more powerful whistle. Print the two halves and use the nuts to screw them together. A line yard can be attached by putting a line through one of the nut and making a knot on the inside.
The membrane/reed should not be used as is, its an example that reeds are supported and you can experiment with different kind if you want to. Either by cutting different shapes in the example or maybe cut from some other thin plastic like vegetables containers and so on. But the whistle might actually work best without any at all.
Look at my other game calls (including more fox/predator calls):

The print settings are not that important, a 0.4 nozzle or finer should be used. I prefer using PLA since its stiffer and have better resonans than for example PETG or ABS, and I think the matte variant looks nice without risking reflections in a game call. Since its a whistle used in your mouth while breathing, do not use any CF/GF materials. I use 0.12mm layer height since its a small model but 0.2 should probably be fine. For the two nuts, I use fuzzy skins on the contours to get some grip.
No support should be needed if you choose the right print orientation for each part (auto orient in most slicers should work). Everything are designed for easy 3d printing.
The logos/images are just recessed 0.001mm into the model so you can choose yourself if you want to paint them in the slicer or not.
