Do you have credit or debit cards that you may own but rarely use? How about airline and hotel loyalty cards? Grocery cards? Dining rewards cards? Gym memberships? You get the idea…lots of credit-card sized cards that you don't necessarily use often…but you need to be able to get to them on those occasions when you do.
My ‘Designer’ profile has 3 plates with the following variations:
All variations have magnet holes and are stackable! So if you need to hold more cards - print a few!
The exact number of cards each slot will hold will vary depending on card thickness and may be more or less than quoted above.
Thanks for the Boosts! I don't take them for granted and am very humbled and appreciative when I receive them and want to shout out the boosters here for a special thanks. If you boosted me but don’t see your name here, please send me a message so I can acknowledge your generosity.
If you can, just use the included 3MF file. But for those that can't / don't want to, here are the settings I used and worked well:
0.24mm layer height. 2 perimeters / wall loops. 10% infill using ‘Cross Hatch’ infill pattern (gyroid would also work great). 4 top shell layers.
If you found this page, then it probably means you enjoy Gridfinity! But on the off-chance you like the concept of this credit card holder but aren't into Gridfinity (or if you need an even lower profile version to fit in a tight space), check out my stand-alone (non-gridfinity) model here.
