Description

Simple Finger held extending grabber. Not very useful, but a fun little tool.

 

Assemble with build plate faces oriented apart from each other, this allows the grabber to fully collapse and have full range of motion.

Glad you like them, if you want the grabber to have full range of motion flip some of the links so they look like the posted images. Otherwise have fun with your grabber!

I know it's been awhile, but were you using PLA? I know with mine I feel like I can handle anything I can reasonably pick up while having leverage. I can make a stronger design if you need.

It snaps together, so you can print more links to extend the claw. Beware, a longer claw will get flimsy and won’t grab as well, although I may make a sturdier version for this purpose.

It will certainly extend farther. Just print using the second plate in the project file. It has just the links needed to extend the claw
