40% success rate, supports really hard to remove and legs are as fragile as supports therefore for 3/5, a leg broke off. 2/5 survived.

I'm sorry, did you have a wet filament when you had this problem?

I’m using AMS and I have a hydrometer, the humidity is at 20% and PLA doesn’t get “wet”

It does get wet. I dry all my filament prior to first use 100% of the time, with occasional dries prior to additional uses. The gauge does not read the moisture in the filament, only the air in the AMS.

Very cute and well done model (wife and kids love it!). Did 1 Rudolph and 6 normal ones. All upscaled by 10% to better fit the sleigh. Printed on an A1 with AMS on PLA. Only downside to this model is the support removal, specifically around the back legs and belly. Very difficult and 1 leg broke because of this while being careful (fixed it with superglue). So be careful when removing this. Would be 4,5 rating, but because of it's overall quality and cuteness, 5 stars !

Support Issue:Really cute project, printed very well. But man, support is so hard to remove. Already broken 2 legs when removing, and super time consuming. IMHO support should be set manually instead of using auto option.

Great Print, had a little trouble with support removal between the legs but printed a few extra just in case. Added it to another print.
