good design but loose cap

Had the same issue. I fixed by popping the brim back down over the cap.

They did come apart where the rim meets the red band, but with some glue it's like it never happened. Very nice details otherwise.

Strength Issue:made 3. was only able to get one that didn't snap off the brim of hat.

Separation between the bottom of the red and my hat base, a very thin area a little UV epoxy resin solved the problem

Like the hat, but the top does fall off the brim no matter how I try to print it.
