Such a cool print! Only thing the first plate printed over the initial line the printer makes before printing. I took the line out and it left one tiny imperfection. Maybe it was just mine? 2nd plate the last snowflake won't allow the star to set on the top. But with some surgery and glue it's perfect.

Printed a number of trees, and scaled down a few. 50% is about as small as I wold go as it becomes difficult to assemble and the star is hard to extract from the support material without damage

This was super cute and fun to put together. It was one of my first prints.

Pics don't match the model. The files are for a version that doesn't need the center rod so the centers aren't open and the topper has nothing to push into. Edit: also the bottom has the opposite problem - no rod to connect, just 2 holes.

You're half right. I'll have to delete the old rod version, but have you thought about flipping the layers so they don't face up, but face down? How else did the other people succeed with the same profile?

Doh! That's what I get for printing the top and bottom last. Assembling just the tree made sense as printed, then it never crossed my mind to flip each layer. Guess I made my life harder than I had to. (Doing it right also makes the top and bottom spacing work out better. Go figure)
