Description

Castle Planter with a self-watering moat! Plant whatever you like in the castle portion and fill up the moat!

I placed some drywall tape around the holes to keep the soil in.

overall the print in nice, the details are good, but my one issue is the blocks around the top are barely connected to the rest of the model and some of them broke off or didn’t print. it still looks fine overall and I’ll paint it this weekend and then get a plant into it.

Hey! I had a similar issue with mine. I had my fingers crossed it was not a model issue, but I checked out the preview and it looks like it is. I remeshed the file just now and checked the top bricks. They are all good now. I will release an update with the new model / print profile. Sorry that you had an issue, but thank you for the review! Brought the issue to my attention.

New model and profile are now published. If you are missing some top bricks, I would recommend using the cut tool in Bambu Studio and slicing off the top bricks from the model and printing those separate so that you can hot glue / super glue them in place. Again, sorry that you had issues! The marble filament looks sweet!

Printed perfectly in PETG I employed the Windows repair system for the model and repainted the window support

Thank you for the boost! I really appreciate it. I looked into doing a multi-color print just now on it. The vines don't take well to being "filled" when changing the color due to the low poly count. My rough multi-color job sliced at over 2 days and 1kg of filament, so I don't think the juice is worth the squeeze there. You could pick up some cheap acrylic paints and brushes for under the cost of 1kg of filament and paint it within the two days it would take to print. Sorry and thank you again for the boost!

Hi, would you be able to upload a model without the vines? They're cool, but I'm planning on making a few for friends and it would save me a lot of painting time without the vines.
