Description

I like the original idea of this stand but wanted to improve it for my needs. Here below what i did:

  • make place for small rubber feet (8mm diameter) in order to be stable also when the stand is folded;
  • make the tape place wider because I wanted to use stronger double sided tape (19mm);
  • reduce the fix teeth for easier folding and unfolding;
  • Bigger and wider mean stronger and durable;
  • Like the symmetry :)

I have install it on my both Lenovo laptops (ThinkPad X260 and T15g which is quite heavy) and it works fantastic.

If you need more simple and compact design please use the original one.

Definitely stronger than I expected. Works for a keyboard too. :) Thanks!

The parts fused for me, so I was never able to open the feet

Thanks for the feedback. It is very strange because I have printed few of these and haven't that problem. Anyway I will check the profile again. Sorry for the disappointment.

Sorry to hear that. I am using those stands on my both laptops for a while with no issue. I think is time to revise the Printing profile :)
