@reneroth I sought to imbue the mask with a leather-like appearance, thus employing a dark brown as the base coat. The eyes and lips were treated with a dark red tone wash for a subtle reddish hue. The remaining mask received a wash of Streaking Crime in a green-brown blend, with excess wiped away using a cloth. Dry brushing followed: rivets in silver, and areas intended to appear light were highlighted with a bone color. The recesses were shaded with a dark wash. However, the result owes more to chance than skill ;-)
