Description

Hello everyone!

This is probably on of the designs I am the proudest of. I always loved the concept of dragons blended with technology, so I thought I will make my own! Couldn't rate unfortunately because I made some small modifications to infill, and moved both wings to one plate, but it would definitely get 5 stars from me. Thanks for this model, it's incredible.

Successfully printed without issue The model is delightful to behold and fun to handle for play I have only one question: are the wings flexible? Viewed from below, the feathers appear separate and connected only at certain points, but attempting to separate them gave the impression they might break, as it was unclear in which direction to push/pull to unlock any mechanism, if present

Thank you so much! Unfortunately the wings are not flexible, that was just a design choice but I have updated it because those lines have caused issues for some people, but I am glad your model looks so good! Thank you for your feedback, I am glad you enjoy my work! Make sure to check out our Patreon if you want a commercial license for this, or any of our models!

Thank you for your prompt response and for clarifying my doubt Fortunately I did not try to force them or they would have broken Perhaps you should add a note about this in the model description so that other users know as well It is a shame that the wings are not as flexible as the rest of the body If in the future you were to modify the design to make them flexible I would be happy to reprint them

She came out really good. I used some black sticky tack to shape her and mount her to the shelf. I’m gonna have to try the others now too!

all printed well except the tail. printer has scattered curly cues along the board and the tail had parts that looked as if they didn't attach to the plate or something. the tail does not stay connected in 2 of its parts. I'm not sure what was going on. it is a cool design to say the least.

Oh yeah that's textbook bed adhesion issue, it's just like you said, it did not attach itself properly to the bed. I am so sorry it happened to you, especially because of the long print time and filament cost! If you ever print bigger models make aure to use some kind of a hair lac or 3D lac, that makes it stick like hell! Sometimes beds can be messy without any visible marks or stains, unfortunately this can happen with any articulated models!

I love the design, it turned out really nicely. I did have slight bed adhesion issues with the body piece (the claws and face) but I caught it early and was able to fix it by just turning up the bed temperature by around 10°C.
