This is a storage box for pastel colors! It was created to solve my mom's problem and I think the outcome is awesome and I want to share it with you guys!

• The print file includes 3 plates: (No support needed!)
  • Plate 1 (2h58m, 107.35g): The bottom part of the box and the hinge.
  • Plate 2 (1h36m, 061.83g): The inner tray to hold the pastels. Print 3 of this for 96 colors!
  • Plate 3 (2h03m, 072.97g): The top part of the box. The buckle is designed to print in place, do not adjust or rotate the model.
• Things to notice:
  • The dimension of the pastels is ⌀10mm * 68mm (originally designed for Caran d’Ache NEOPASTEL™)
  • The hinge size may vary for different materials. The file I uploaded will print 3 different sizes (⌀4.5mm, ⌀4.53mm, ⌀4.55mm), you can find the best size for your material. (If the above sizes don't work, the length of the hinge is 126.1mm)
  • For your reference, I used PLA Wood - Black Walnut (13107) for the outer box and PLA Matte - Matte Desert Tan (11401) for the trays inside. You can try any color combinations and share them in the comments!
