I printed with pla. the hing part broke after only a couple of uses. I've printed 3. all did the same.

Hey, Thanks for the info. I have printed most of mine in ABS and have not had this problem. I might have to tweak the PLA profile a little.

I'm new to 3d printing. I'd say just a little bit of wiggle room in the hinge would do the trick. if that's possible? the first print broke trying to remove the support. the next 2 I was very careful but still they are breaking in the hinge as it is too tight. hope that's helpful to you.
