After printing Spin the spinner hard for 2 minutes to loosen all the locks, after that it should spin beautifully.

I recommend some lube after printing for best results.

You will get the best result by printing with PETG.

That's quite strange because I printed it on pla and petg and it worked fine, I used Sunlu filament. What filament did you use to print it?
