This filament clip is specifically designed for the filament spool. By utilizing the small holes on the spool edge and the unique elastic structure of the clip itself, it can securely hold idle filament in place.

Type 1 is specifically designed for Bambulab's filament spools.

Type 2 is compatible with a wider range of filament spools.

prints great, sadly doesnt work on all of my spools properly and looses tension sometimes

Already did, it's not that the clip breaks, the flexibility isn't there to pull the 1.75mm to the wall. Tried with pla, petg, abs looked like a great model, will probably design my own optimized one
