Description

Slip these into the openings between the bricks to hang pictures on a brick wall. This only works if there is recessed mortar between the bricks as shown in the pictures. These were printed with PETG because PLA will deform under pressure and would likely fall out in a week or two. Slide the picture hangers in from left to right and make sure it is a snug fit. I am only hanging very light weight photographs. Use at your own risk. I have no idea what the weight limit is. The print profile is printing at 0.20mm Strength.

Plate 1 contains 10 picture hangers that are 12mm tall. Plate 2 contains 8 picture hangers ranging in size from 10mm to 13.5mm. If you need a different size these can be scaled in the slicer.

Hey Jim, I'm 5 days into my 3D printing journey and I've been wanting something like this for years for my brick wall. My first test print came out as a solid brick. It didn't have the feather top, and I see you say to print it at a .20mm strength but I'm not really sure where to do that. Do I pick the 'fine' system preset that has a 1.8mm? Sorry, bit of beginner so I'm probably missing something obvious. Any more instructions you could give about the settings would be very helpful to get the best print. Thanks!

Replying to @JimLarsen :
Yep, I've got an A1. I realise now I've got a .6 hotend in. I'll swap it and try again. I was just wondering to get such a fine print do I have to change the 'system preset' circled to the fine setting.... and then do you still have to change any of ther other settings along the column where the red arrow is pointing. (Sorry, once again very new and sorry if its a dumb question.)

Ok, it was the hotend. I put in the .4mm and it worked perfect. Thanks for the design Jim. Works a treat!
