Here are the parts needed to repair the Samsung Jet Bot AI+.

This expensive piece of *** uses plastic gears with a low quality grease.

This means that after 2 and a half years, just after the warranty expires, you start to hear a “click, click, click” noise as it rolls, that noise is the gears eating each other, and shortly after that everything fails and ca can only go in circles.

They don't sell the gears, only the whole wheel (DJ97-02984A) and it can cost more than 120 euros.

Here you have the 3 gears in the middle, to print in pla+ and use a quality white lithium grease like the one from Liquid Molly.

There is also the tool to open the vacuum cleaner, because yes, it is Samsung and they have to stop us from repairing our stuff.
