Description

Another variation on my Twist Lock Box. This one comes with flat top and raised corners so it's stackable.

Sorry for the long wait. It's a bit tricky to design since I don't want to thicken the lid but I have to somehow put the knob inside.

I love your design!! I hope you don't mind that I made a small modification to adjust it to the size I need. It's amazing how well everything fits. The lid is perfectly flush, and the latch rotates precisely. Thank you so much for share. Of course, you have my "boost."

@fRBDesign I wouldn't mind uploading that box. However, the owner of the design is @kongkoka. He might want to create rectangular variations of his design, and I don't want to interfere with his plans. Still, if he doesn't mind, I can upload this version of the box. But my version is specifically tailored to my needs and doesn't follow any standard pattern. P.S.: A Stream Deck XL doesn't fit inside. It's an accessory box I always use with the Stream Deck

The structural design is excellent, but the tolerances are indeed too tight The lid cannot be removed now because the handle does not engage properly

printed fine. it’s a bit hard to get the lid off, even if it’s not locked. there isn’t anything to really grab and pull.

Is your lid tight? Or is the handle knob just too small?

the knob is to small for my hands and the lid fits just tight enough that I can’t turn it upside down and shake it loose. I have to slip a nail around the edge to get the lid off.

nice design, sometimes it doesn’t lock properly though, might be the tolerances when putting the lid

You mean the lock is not secured sometimes? Could you check the lock mechanism with the lid only no box? To see if it moves properly.

I made a tweak to the box by slightly enlarging the connecting pins so they slide much more easily and adding an extra bit on the lid so it's much easier to grip (no longer stackable though). I would publish a remix but your license prevents it :( If someone wants the modified parts, feel free to contact me.
