Description

This is a Christmas Balance Game!

Players take turns placing one ornament at a time on the stage. The first player to topple the balance loses.

The tree portion is detachable, so you can also use it as a standalone decoration.

I’ve also designed a storage box for the game. Feel free to print it if needed!

For assembly instructions, please refer to the diagram below.

====================================

I received feedback that the tree parts are prone to printing failures, so I’ve made improvements to enhance printing stability.

This print came out great! I had trouble with some of ornaments sticking to the plate even after cleaning my plate, but added a brim and the rest came out perfect. This will be so much fun for our Christmas parties coming up. Such an awesome design, thank you and Merry Christmas!

Love the game, the baubles was printed in silk and sparkle, and we have made 2 sets of the game already.

The pillar in the middle of the tree plate always breaks (being jerked of by the printhead) while printing on a Bambulab A1. Probably some vertical support needed.

Third time's the charm. To finish printing the biggest christmas tree on an A1 I increased to 10 walls and reduced speed to 50% when the pillar in the middle started to form the upwards cone. it still nearly broke 1-2 layers before the cone was merging with the outside walls but I got lucky. I'd recommend updating the 3d model to have a little bit bigger middle pillar so that the bed slinging doesn't kill the print. I'm still not sure if the additional walls or the reduced speed where the deciding factor but I guess it was the reduced speed.

I'm so sorry for making you go through three tries. The tree was designed with a hollow structure to keep it lightweight, but since it seems prone to printing failures, I’ve updated the model to have a filled interior for better stability during printing. I’ve also test-printed it to ensure it won’t affect the game’s balance. Apologies for the delay in addressing this issue, and thank you so much for boosting it despite the inconvenience!
