Description

From my ever growing collection of Minecraft models, this is the articulated Skeleton!

Special consideration was made from the very first sketches of this model to be easily printed, while maintaining as much detail as possible.

Add a key ring to use this model as a bookbag charm, zipper pull, or keychain!

Recommend printing in Bambu Basic PLA light grey with black for mouth and eyes. Or print it in white then drybrush with grey or black paint!

not sure why my print looks rough. I used bambu basic pla white. one of the arms looks ready for snapping off also 😔

that is not something I've seen before. I'm very sorry that the print didn't turn out. some things to check in these cases: although not typically a problem for pla, if the filament is old or has been kept in a humid environment, it may have absorbed moisture, which would affect print quality. a worn out or damaged hot end assembly may also cause this. If you have extra hot ends or nozzles, you can try that. you could also try performing a flow calibration, within bambu studio. there is a guided process to do this and I am no expert on it. I have had similar results when there is high friction in my spools. I.e the filament gets jammed and the extruder has a hard time pulling it. check your filament to see if it is wound tightly on the spool and difficult to feed. feel free to send me a direct message, and I can help you troubleshoot to get the best possible print quality!

it's cool. I'm assuming it's an error at my end having seen the other ones. I'll give it another try 🤞

that turned out really good in that black filament! It looks shinier than my black, which filament is that?

love it! Great quality with movable joints. My son loves it. It printed a random extra thing for some reason.

that extra thing is a purge/wipe tower. it allowed for the nozzle to wipe itself clean after the colour changes. it's especially important when there is a high contrast between colors, such as black and white! it is a little bit of wasted filament, but it really improves the results. thank you so much for rating and sharing pictures!

Incredible! It exceeded my expectations. A first test print to assess the quality.
