Ughh. I gave up after many failed attempts. Tolerances too tight resulting in broken parts.

The designer has replied

might be the filament or printer that you're using. the tolerance is low indeed because this doesn't need any glue and the fitting is quite tight. I'll try and create a new one that's looser

This one looked good. but the joints were to tight and when you try to force them they broke a couple of times. Also print was rough on the curves.
