Description

Hi!

Due to the large number of requests via PM or in comments to fit the earlier Batman lamp model to the Bambu Lamp Kit 001, I am including the model.

The main idea was for the cable to be hidden so that it was not visible from the front view, hence the model had appropriate tunnels in which to place the cable. The tunnels are quite tight to prevent the cable from falling out, so sometimes you have to use more force to push the cable into the tunnel.

To build you need to print:

  • Base
  • Top
  • Shade
  • Stand
  • Clips - 2x

Building process:

Attach a Lamp kit 001 to the "base", then insert the "shade" and put a "top" on it. It should fit tight.

Put it on the "stand", and to prevent the "base" from falling out, press the "clips" on the sides of the "stand" twice. Push the cable into the tunnels.

Printed fantastically. Great print. Note though it doesn't shine the bat on the wall. I should've known that but I was hopeful.

I wonder if you can get the bat signal to show a little more if you remove or thin out the white disk... Just a thought ;)

Replying to @puchuco :
i tried. I even shrunk the bat and put it directly on the light and no go.. I think it’s an issue yet the focus of the light

I printed the 1st version and liked it so much I'm in the middle of printing this version. I previously used clear petg for the shade part. I've also got some metal pla on order for when I print the base. Edit: printed both versions ,they are bright. Fantastic!

Awesome print. The pins are a little tight on the tolerances had to do quite a bit of cleaning out the hole. The stand seems flexible enough that the pins could be "pre-insalled" perhaps. Not to take away from this awesome design, just and idea!
