Description

  • Remixed and fixed original model where it had the flaw around the weapon, simply added some material where there would be a void - now it's not floating!
  • Designed the base that holds the LED Lamp Kit-001 and feet for it.

I used 10x2mm magnets, that way the feet aligns with the base perfectly, every time.

They are not necessary, glue can be used if desired. The magnets are meant to have a tight fit if not, a drop of glue should fix it.

  • Also added a disc which you can print in any colour you want so it changes the LED colour!

I need an adapter for the puck light - the diameter is slightly larger than the LED Lamp Kit light. Any chance of designing one? I'm no designer unfortunately.

I'm pretty sure my settings are correct at 0.2mm, 15% and 2 wall loops but light does not penetrate. I'm using Bambu PLA Gray 1.75, 0.03mm. I have the Bambu P1S 0.4 nozzle. Can you help. Thanks

Print came out great on my X1C! I did a brim inside and out on the sphere and printed with a support in the middle. I should have added a bit more support for the top. When it started to close the sphere, I had a bit of spaghetti inside but it didn't affect the overall print. Thank you!

when I can I will try to add a support where it needed. could you tell me where it missed, more or less?

The supports I had were about where the first ring is on the top which is about a 3" circle. I needed them to be about 4" which is where the second ring down is. It recovered fine, just had a little stringing between those circles on the inside that I cleaned out. It's a great print!

Nervous was an understatement when I set this off. Had my printer a week and this is the longest print I've done. OMG It's stunning!!! Printed on an A1 Mini @ 0.4mm the detail is brill, I'd love to see it at 0.2mm. I received some free multicolour lights from bambu when I ordered my A1 mini, it fits perfectly into the base. The only negative thing I would say is about the feet, they don't attach to the main body and I feel like it could easily get knocked over.

for the feet I used magnets so they hold to the base. but nothing that a dab of glue wouldn’t solve!

My daughter asked me to print this for her boyfriend for Christmas. print came out GREAT! I got some internal stringing that started about 80% through the print, but it didn’t affect the overall print at all. I sat and watched and the stringing was ONLY with the inner most wall. maybe some more support could be added but again, it didn’t affect the external of the print at all.
