Description

Designed in Fusion360. These caps will fit standard Schrader VG 8 threads. I have printed these with a .2 nozzle and the fit is nice when installed. They go on easy and tighten down at about the point where the cap meets the rubber on the valve stem. They have a nice sturdy feel with good grip while not being overly bulky. I have placed the Honda logo on the top but these can be printed in a single color without issue. My profile has slower speeds to help with detail and stringing when using PETG. I choose PETG as these will be mainly outdoors all the time. I would imagine PLA would work as well but might not hold up over time. Print profile includes a set of 4, though I would recommend adding one or 2 to the plate to have as spares just in case.

very nice! I modified the print profile for an A1 and set first layer to .1mm and it turned out great. I didn’t have white petg, but it still turned out great. Nice job!

they look great! thanks for the rating! I've been printing these on textured plates just to realize that a smooth plate can make the images pop more. you don't get the reflectiveness from the textured plate

outer diam. is a bit large for a valve stem cap could probably use a bit of a diet :) but overall looks great and does the job
