This is designed to be printed in PETG so it can be hung outside for the season. The letters have been flipped to be printed face down on a textured PEI sheet to give it a sparkly appearance. The connectors are 2mm in height, and the letters are 1.2mm. To get the transparent PETG as clear as possible, I followed the directions in this profile:

Be careful when removing the letters from the plate since PETG has a tendency to stick a little too much and, being that thin, they may break. I recommend using a plastic scraper or stiff piece of cardboard to loosen them from the build plate.
All of the connectors have been labeled in the object panel as to which letter(s) they go to using the pins that are on each letter plate. There are enough pins on each plate for that letter(s). There is also a labeled image uploaded that shows where the connectors go. The small / medium / large ones can be used any in order as long as they match the letters listed. The custom ones are certain lengths and need to be used for the letters specified.
For assembly, start by lining up the connector on the back of the letter with the hole in the corresponding letter. Then insert the pin from the top of the letter and through the connector. You might need to use a pair of needle-nose pliers to squeeze the pin together to fit through the holes. Once all the letters have been connected, there will be a connector on each end of the banner to use to hang it with a nail, hook, rope, bungee cord, etc.
Once the season is over, you can store your banner for the next year by rotating each letter and connector to sit on top of or below the previous letter until you have all of them in a neat stack.
