Description

Prints pretty well, but make sure your filament is dry. Otherwise it will generally be more stringy. Designed for these ornament caps: https://a.co/d/h9lB8qU (non-affiliate). Most ornament caps should work. On the other bulb ornament linked below, you can find printable ornament caps that work pretty well. Depending on your printer/settings you may need to scale them up/down slightly or add a bit of glue (I used E6000 for mine).

You can use the “Copies” feature in Bambu Handy, or duplicate the model in Bambu Studio to print more than one.

Bed Adhesion Issue:Sadly print failed at 75% due to adhesion issues. Brim could be a bit larger, maybe that would help.

The brim's already pretty big, sorry it failed for you. Did you leave the door/top open while printing? Sometimes if those are closed it'll fail.

I printed again, despite the larger brim and very strong adhesion, and it still peeled off. At around layer 425, when the printer starts connecting the individual rungs with circular movements, too much pressure is exerted on the model and they simply peel off from the table by force. I think it's because the individual rungs move a lot in the final phase of printing, which creates imperfections that the nozzle later rubs against.

I was near the printer and I was watching what was happening, unfortunately I don't have a recording, but the nozzle was simply rubbing against the model, moving it :/

we had a couple of successful prints with this but now it won’t complete. We’ve tried 2 different filaments (one of which is brand new), we print with the brim, and we left the door open. It fails at the same place. Super bummed.

very cool turned out looking great on our tree although the tops linked in the description were a bit small and had to be scaled up for the print.

worked really well, already printed multiple of these for my tree. i cut off the brim with a deburring tool, made a really nice circle. awesome model!

I tried to print this many times using different settings but the print head still knocked it over around the 74% mark. Something is out of wack with this model. It's beautiful, I wished it worked. I'm using the A1.
