Northrop/McDonnell Douglas YF-23 Black Widow 1:164

Prototype fighter jet that lost in competition to the Boeing/Lockheed/General Dynamics YF-22 Raptor. Remixed from Airteuteu's Thingiverse model. Resized to 1:164 (kind of a random scale, but matches my son's Tomica F-35 model). This is his flying version (without landing gear) split and positioned for easier printing. Sections are connected by dowels. Glue is necessary. Wings were a bit too thin - would benefit if someone knew how to selectively thicken just the wings/elevators (currently beyond my skill level).

Printed with Bambu Basic PLA White, painted by my son with acrylic markers.

Thanks for the feedback! Yes, as I learn some CAD-fu, I will need to go back and revisit some of the problem thinner areas of these small scale prints!
