Solid good design, thanks! I found that against a good wood chipboard/Medium Density Particleboard, 2.5mm diameter by 3cm long screws protrude by 1cm which are (surprisingly) enough to durably support the weight of two cloth racks. As the holes are designed, the screws need to be head-tapered to distribute the load. printed with recommended settings and with Bambulab PLA basic.

Thank you for your detailed review - I am very pleased to read that the file has helped you - Due to the use of 2 pressure parts you have a good pressure load distribution - the curved shape also helps again to reduce the tension and pressure of the front suspension. also a cone countersink was deliberately chosen due to a better static pressure distribution on the bore wall :)
