Can you upload this as a remix? i really like how you did this.

I accidently did the same thing with yellow. It showed it was 2 layers into the star and printed just like this with yellow. Still looks cool!

A truly splendid print—even my children are thrilled! But what is the purpose of that small box printed alongside?

that's a flush tower. it's automatically created by the slicer so that the filament color changes happen properly when using the AMS.

New here as well, but in the future if I am low on filament. Am I able to remove this?

Hopefully it was quick enough for it to be printed wholly in the night.

just to check, you've cleaned you build plate with soap and water? and have you dried this filament or tried a different one? this model does require pretty tight tolerances, so it can be trickier to print

I’ll try that out, I probably do need to clean my plate :)

@user_3786189710 did you have any luck with this? From this pic I'm having the same issue as you. Clean bed thoroughly with dish soap, wiped with isopropyl but it keeps failing. Tired it 3 times, it doesn't get past the first layer. I think my filament it fine/dry(flashforge), I was printing a few things this past week with this same filament and it was perfectly fine.

I think it would work it's just very stuck together after printing.

hi, this sounds like it might be a printer or filament issue? is your printer calibrated and your filament dry?
0

Replying to @raven94 :
It should be calibrated and dry. I sent this to the printer via Bambu Handy so I might have to slice it on the computer.

hmm, I'm surprised to see the issue then. what brand of filament is this? .4mm nozzle?

I'd suggest slow down for the initial layer, i'm having it set to 30 mm/s

Guys, the issue is a clogged nozzle, not adhesion. the pictures show

I work for an elementary school & I initially made three of these for the kiddos in the Autistic School Program we have & everyone else fell in love with them too, including myself, so I was able to make a ton of these for Christmas gifts!!!

Hi all, I am brand new to this and wondered if I could ask a quick question. I don't have an AMS (yet), so my understanding is that although not as good I could pause the print on the slice just before the start starts so I can switch colour? If that is the case, could I just ask if this is slice 69 when using the single colour profile? Than ks for any help!

This fidget tree is beautiful! It's incredible how a 3D printer can produce something like this without the need to assemble any parts. Much credit also goes to the model's creator, who designed something truly satisfying. It's a toy that everyone in the office envies me for!
