Description

These are models for europallet edges. These edges can be placed on europallets to create boxes. There are models of 1,2 and 3 segments high because that's what's most common.

I printed them in wood pla with a 0,4mm nozzle in spiral/vase mode.

I glue them to a europallet with a very small amount of superglue. Which i apply with a tooth pick.

Suggestions for new models are always welcome.

Yes the forklift is er printed, but its from thingiverse. Just look for h0 forklift on there.

its a nice Idea, but the strength of the walls is so think, that there is nearly no adhasion between the layers. That may ne the reason, why mostly of the printed obejcts broke in two by removing from the plate

This sounds like problem with your filament to me. It's a pretty standaard profile for vase/spiral mode with a 0.4mm nozzle to make it not to thin and fragile. So layer adhesion shouldn't be a problem.
