Excellent prints, the only drawback is that these closures are designed for very thick cardboard boxes, it would be interesting to make narrower ones for boxes with thinner cardboard Thank you

These were intentionally designed to avoid excessive rigidity in the supporting structure. In case of stress (especially with PLA) the fins will not break but will flex. These are hollow intersections, it is not an error. Thank you for your question, it was a pleasure answering you
