The model has a problem. The bolt is just hanging there.

I dont have that problem u can just put knife in the middle of that bolt to distend that and moving little bit then everything will work perfect

I think the issue referred to is that the bolt is floating above the plate in the project file. You either need to move the bolt down (best solution) until it is level with the plate or print supports for the bolt (lazy solution).
