Description

Why You'll Love These Coasters:

  • Whimsical & Functional: A fun design that adds personality to any drink holder.
  • Customizable for the Holidays: Perfect for winter parties, Christmas gatherings, or as a unique gift for 3D printing enthusiasts.
  • Complete Set with Holder: The sad face coaster holder completes the set and keeps your coasters together, so they don't "melt" away.

Bring a little humor and warmth to your holiday gatherings with this one-of-a-kind coaster set featuring four melted snowmen faces and a sad face coaster holder. Inspired by the inevitable melt of winter’s cheer, each coaster reflects the fun and chaotic journey of a snowman during the Christmas season. Whether you’re sipping hot cocoa, coffee, or festive cocktails, these coasters will keep your drinks safe and your guests entertained.

The Story Behind the Faces:

Once upon a time, these snowmen were built with love and excitement for winter. But as the sun came out and the weather warmed up, they began to melt away — just like how the holidays feel like they go by too quickly! Each coaster shows what a snowman might feel as they melt: frustration, surprise, confusion, worry, and of course, sadness. It’s a fun reminder that sometimes the best parts of the season are over too soon, and we’re left to deal with the melt-downs.

The Set Includes:

  • Angry Face Coaster: “I can’t believe I’m melting!”
This snowman is not happy about it. He's already melted, and now he's just mad. Maybe he was hoping the cold would last longer, or maybe the holiday craziness just got to him! Either way, this coaster is for when you're feeling frustrated and wishing things would slow down.
  • Wiggle Lips Face Coaster: “Whoa, what just happened?”
After melting, this snowman is left with a goofy, surprised expression. He didn't expect it to happen so fast! Maybe it was an unexpected gift or a surprise moment at your holiday party. This coaster is for when you’re caught off guard by something unexpected!
  • Confused Face Coaster: “What day is it again?”
This snowman is totally confused. After melting, he’s left wondering what happened to all the holiday fun. It’s like when you realize the holidays are over, presents are unwrapped, and you’re just not sure where all the time went. This coaster is for when you're still trying to figure out what just happened!
  • Worried Face Coaster: “Did I melt too soon?”
This snowman is worried because he’s melted away too fast. Did he miss something? Could he have lasted a little longer? This coaster is for those times when you're stressing about things that you can't change, like when the holidays end too quickly or you didn't get everything done in time.
  • Sad Face Coaster Holder: “It’s all over...”
The sad snowman coaster holder is there to hold your coasters — and it shows how we all feel when the holiday season is over. It’s like when you’re packing away the decorations and realizing that the fun is done for now. This holder keeps everything together, even when you’re feeling a little down about the end of the season.

I'm getting non-manifold edge errors on all the snowmen faces. OrcaSlicer is unable to repair. I attempted to print anyway, and I ended up with a funky layer shift / failure on 2 of the 4 faces. If I find some more time tonight I'll try to adjust and try again.

hey, were you able to fix it? I'm pretty new to designing and used maker lab so the errors we're inherited with the download. When I print them on my A1 and A1 mini it doesn't give me an issue.

I wasn't able to fix the errors, but I did manage to get a print to work without too much trouble after some fiddling... worked well enough for my white elephant gift, thanks for the model :D

The print is fine. But I would recommend slicing it yourself without ironing, because ironing is actually done on the underside of the coasters. So only the holder is ironed on the side facing up.

Thanks for the feed back, I've learned a few things since I have posted these. I will have to update them when I get a chance.
