I think if you slice it then it will show the print ok. Has happened with other models like this one.

hi I just the same problem and found this out just under the printer tab top left im using the xi and the file was for x1 carbon so i just selected bambo lab x1 carbon 0,4 nozzle as im using a 0 ,4 nozzle but please check you printer and make a note of what your changing this worked for me but just to be sure check hope this helps like it did for me this is the link i found https://forum.bambulab.com/t/selected-printer-is-incompatible-message/46520/3

Hi, sorry to see you're experiencing some issues with your current print. I've rechecked the uploaded 3mf file, and the colour change is correctly set at layer 9 (0.80). I have attached a screenshot from my Bambu Studio for you to compare. Please ensure the values below are correct, and it should slice without any issues. Layer height: 0.08 mm. Initial layer height: 0.16 mm. Please let me know if you're still having issues, and I'll look into it further.

the Mrs loves gnomes!!! this one turned out exceptional!!!! I used PLA green sparkle instead of black matte and im even more i.pressed with the way it turned out! ...a lil smaller than the rest of the ornaments I've printed, but it's still a perfect size, not too big and not too small!!! thank you for sharing this print!!!
