Thanks, mate. Is it just the front plate that's changed?

The front plate has minor changes.  The biggest change is that a lip has been added to the frame, the front plate now snaps into place.  The white reflector was changed as well.

Slightly Modified

I was working on a revision last night.  I think the step needs to be increased that the front plate sits in, or the back frame needs to be more rigid as it seems to be deflecting slightly.  I modeled it to have no clearance on the edges.  I revised the front plate and printed it with ~0.005" of interference, seems to have made the gaps worse in places though.  I will try to get a new revised one up this weekend.

Everything prints perfectly. The front plate could do with a little more work. My OCD kicks off and I don't like the little gaps where the light can be let out etc. I will make some edits to it and maybe you can publish it? Cheers though, great work. 🙏🏻
