Description

Create custom labels or attach standard filament swatches to your DapRack, the adaptable filament rack solution with a modular design and expansive ecosystem! DapRack is 100% 3D printed without the need for supports, and can be expanded both vertically and horizontally to accommodate your growing filament collection, or to display your most beautiful prints.

The 24mm size fits both these custom labels as well as the standard filament swatches, and the larger sizes allow more flexibility for longer names. Create custom text using Bambu Slicer. I recommend a .2mm nozzle and 8pt font for the text labels, although I've included a .4mm profile as well.

DapRack was designed to be modular. Stay tuned for STEP files to make developing for DapRack ecosystem a breeze.

Are the labels meant to be glued onto the holder (somehow I doubt it)? When I put the label into the holder it just slips out instantly with zero friction from the side tabs that I thought would hold it in place. It's also possible my particular filament that I used is not finely tuned.

It should fit with friction! the holder is actually designed with an opening of 23.9 mm I believe (definitely smaller than the 24), and the swatch is 24mm. I’ve also tested it with a .2mm nozzle, and .4mm nozzle, and it works with all the filament swatches I’ve gotten from Bambu or printed myself.

Are you printing right from the profile? I just printed the 24mm version right from the app in both PETG and PLA and it’s a snug fit. Are you changing anything in the slicer perhaps?
