This is my design of a card Box for 60 sleeved pokemon cards (Dragon Shield or cheap amazon sleeves).

The Lid is designed with a 0.1mm tolerance.

If you think the lid is to loose, (most likely with non Bambu printers) there is a simple trick that i love to use with these types of designs. heat one side of the lid with a lighter carefully from both sides and press it in a bit with your thumb, like 1 mm or so. Like that you create a springlike shape that holds the lid tight when cooled off. The last Picture shows what i mean.

Because of the symmetric design the top has the other pokemon logo so you don't open it upside down.

I made several for my sons and I before realizing it was sleeved not double sleeved. They came out great though. Has anyone adjusted for 60 double sleeve size? I am brand new to 3d printing, maybe that can be my first pet project. The white one was one of my first prints. Then I made a green and red glowy one for my boys Christmas. They have come out great everytime. Resubmitted to give 5 stars. Boosted as well. Great stuff. Thanks.

Hi, Thanks for the pictures and your nice comment. I also uploaded a version for 75 cards. Maybe it is just right for 60 double sleeved cards. you can messure the pile of 60 double sleeved cards and pile of 75 single sleeved cards and compare them. I wish you merry Christmas and a happy new year!

good fit and quality design. not sure I would do a shake test on it but it’s pretty snug and should do good in a backpack I would think.

Printed in PETG, came out perfect! Fits 60 single sleeved cards snuggly, tolerances are amazing.

I printed about a dozen already and plan to print a dozen more. doing three or four at a time in different color combinations. might even start adding text onto the boxes to label my decks. these are a nice snug fit for 60 card decks sleeved. I think they look much better on the textured bed versus a smoothed bed. I did get some curling on the corners. so I started putting a *brim* on them

Thanks foe the pictures! i am glad you like them. I never had a problem with warping, maxbe close the dor of your printer if you don’t. or play with the cooler settings on the first few layers.

Printed as recommended. Lit fits nicely. I did squeeze lid as soon as it came off to tighten. 3x'd on the plate and printed perfectly. Thanks

Excellent print! Tolerances were very tight but by putting the top on and taking it off repeatedly it became a perfect fit. made 3 for my different decks. Very nice!
