Description

Minimalistic base for Moon Lamp by LeHa Design

https://makerworld.com/en/models/731351#profileId-667449

I have designed a simple table base for the moon lamp. The table stand is made to fit an E27 socket that can be screwed into it. It's a cheaper version than the LED Lamp Kit from Bambu. You can use any E27 bulbs you want (cold, warm, RGB etc.)

Dimensions:

Ø 40 mm for E27 socket

Ø 100 mm base

H: 38 mm

Hello, could you please post a link to the lamp socket? Apparently, there are significant differences between the models. Thank you!

I don't understand what you mean. The stand fits perfect for the Moon Lamp by clehn8ok, and the socket for E27 bulb fits also perfect (without need of adjustment or lip). I printed at least 5 moon lamps with my base and works great. (You need E27 socket with 40mm diameter, this is the standard dimension)

I ordered these spools and they are too large for the holder: https://amzn.eu/d/8SJg9dR

If they are too large, you can measure the diameter of your sockets and edit the hole of the base with a cylinder negative part with the measured diameter

Love the idea, but it does not seem to be compatible with https://makerworld.com/en/models/731351?from=search#profileId-707052 as the "moon" does not screw into it.

Can you give me more details? The moon should screw into the base without problems

I hade to cut the outer rim of the base to get it to screw in. The threads where in the globe and did not stick out on a small cylinder that would make it fit the current design? (the issue was easily solved)

Had the same issue. After outer lip protecting thread on the base was removed, moon screwed into the base without any problem.

Hello, this E27 lamp base is a great idea! I have downloaded your model, how did you fix the E27 socket, please? I don't see any lip to tighten the socket nut on the base. Some users indicate that they can't mount the lamp, does your base fit correctly as is or is an adjustment necessary? https://makerworld.com/en/models/731351#profileId-667449 Thank you for your help ;)

Hello! The tolerances are very low, the 40 mm bulb socket is fitting perfect. Also, every socket comes with that screw joint that you can tighten better. The base is fitting correct the moon lamp, but is not locked in place. (If you put it upside down, it will fall). You can give it a try and post your results.
