Description

One of my favorite prints has been the 3 piece OTF fidget knife from uhltimate. I decided to remix it with a fun holiday spin! An all new Candy cane shaped blade and very slightly reworked handle to help guide the cane shape back into place make these parts not compatible with existing OTF Fidget Knife prints. For best results, print all 3 parts included here! :)

Introducing the OTF Candy Cane! Perfect for defending Christmas from the Grinch, and with style too! (don't actually try to use this for self defense please, I'm not responsible for that).

Does not fully retract

Hey! Please look over your print and make sure there is no warping. Even with the slightest warp, you can have retraction issues. You can also try to turn the entire "knife" upside down and see if it fully retracts. My solution is to either try reprinting the "blade" entirely OR placing your existing "blade" on a flat surface and gently using a heat gun and gravity to get the part to flatten out.

Im having trouble with retract also - there's no warp. seems to release the catch to retract before the spring has good tension on it. Anything I can do to improve it? PLA.
