Description

this is an updated version of my original. i have added the factory ptfe tube connector to this so you can use the ptfe tube. i have been using the original version for some time now and, not very often but sometimes the filament will come off the spool. it hasn't caused any issues for me but i wanted to make and updated version that uses the ptfe tube. i printed two of this version (ran out of filament at 98%) on the first one, the ptfe tube connector fit very well in the first one i printed, but i had a little trouble with the second. not sure why but i just poked around with a little pick and opened it up a little and went right in. if you have any improvements, please remix it or reach out.

(i did add a manual pause to this print and change the color of the bambu logo)

This holder helped me solve my small space problem. Now everything is in its place just as I wanted

Other Issues:This stupid program won't let me give 5 stars by requiring me to record a print, but I only have these photos.

great design. had a little trouble getting the ptfe tube receiver into the slot but over all perfect for what I needed. Other Issues: cardboard filliment holders will grind on the holder and make some noise. I had some cardboard shavings fall onto my baseplate.

thanks for the feed back. for the ptfe was it too big or small? for the cardboard it definitely sounds like it’s sanding. I never checked for the shavings that fall. I should make a V3 with one of the rollers from the ams lite. that would be cool.

I just used some super glue to get it to hold on to there. it was my fault for shoving a needle sander into the slot before even trying to put the receiver in there. Yes that would be cool if you made a v3 as you described.
