P14 O-ring: Harbor Freight or online (Optional; See EDIT 2)
M3x12mm Bolts or similar sizes screws: pre-drill and tap for bolts
Use brake line tubing bender to bend capillary tube 135º
Use epoxy to glue locating pins and halves together.
Use silicone around tubes going into the wine bottle
Clean by running hot water through tube when finished
EDIT: Added optional wine stopper model. This stopper can double as a bottle diameter test. Use it to make sure the Barrel Dispenser will fit.
EDIT 2: Added a taper seal for printing with flexible filament. This taper seal will fit a wider tolerance of wine bottles than the O-Ring can handle. It can also be put on the stopper.
