This is a sturdy, simple, and effective collection of hook racks designed specifically for your IKEA Skadis pegboard. They are available in 4 widths and 2 variants each (1 hook every 2cm or every 4cm). In addition each model is available for multiple board thicknesses (4.75mm and 5.0mm hooks clearance). You can combine multiple racks for a long continous rack. Each hook has a 5mm x 5mm profile with slightly rounded edges for added durability and comfort.

For optimal versatility, I recommend the 4.75mm variant, as it works well on both thin and thick boards while offering excellent grip. However, on thicker boards, you may need to apply extra pressure, which can slightly wear the coating around the holes and filament with poor layer adhesion might break. If that’s a concern, consider the 5.0mm option instead.

Lock Plug

For a permanent installation I highly recommend using this Lock Plug in 10mm to prevent the hook from sliding out of the pegboard holes when you retrieve your tool. Depending on your print settings, filament and board, you might have to choose another size.
