Designed with a focus on minimalism and functionality, the Minimal MagSafe Stand provides an elegant and space-saving solution for charging your iPhone and Apple Watch. This stand is perfect for those who appreciate a sleek, modern design while ensuring convenience and stability.

Design Features:

  • Simple and Clean Design: Free from unnecessary details, this stand is pure and functional, fitting perfectly into any minimalist setup.
  • Material and Print Settings: To ensure a sturdy and stable stand, a rigid material is recommended. Print with a high infill density for maximum durability.
  • Easy Assembly: The model is compatible with two M3x10 socket head screws, though M3x8 screws will also work.
  • Stable Mounting: Featuring a compact base, the stand attaches to the table with a clamp connection. The printed M14 bolt provides a secure hold but may be slightly tight. For smoother assembly, the threading can be lightly adjusted with sandpaper if needed.

I tried the model (revision two of the stand part1) with ABS (on P1S) and the result is perfect. I also truned on support. The flange did not screw in, so I glued it. The printed screw was tight, but worked ok. I also did not have M3 screws, so I also glued the base to the floating part. Thanks a lot for this wonderful design. The pucks I used are Gen. 1Magsafe for iPhone and the charger for newer Apple watches with a braided cable.

Other Issues:great model, but I cannot for the life of me get the screw to catch nor thread in and it keeps getting stuck, I resized already to 98% and still no luck. I have already done flow calibration. I really want this to work but the screw wasn’t designed well.

To add, my magsafe charger doesnt fit either, my charger circumference is ~56.15mm and the hole in yours is about 55.30mm also, the watch charger is very very hard to slip in, I find it odd that this model has so many downloads but assembly is absolutely impossible. I’m hoping another version can be produced with better results

great design, had to reprint the screw at 98% and the little circle thingy at 102% to make everything fit.

Printed this and found out after the fact that my desk top is too thick for the mounting arm... (max thickness that works with the design posted is probably around 25mm, where my IKEA desk top is 37mm!) @laurensguijt would you be willing to post the STP file of the mounting arm? That way people could make their own adjustments as necessary.
