Description

Sanding disc organiser for 125mm and 150mm discs

Print profile 1 is for 125mm sanding discs

Print profile 2 is for 150mm sanding discs

30mm space for each grit: 40, 60, 80, 120, 180, 240, 320, 400.

It uses 144 grams of material with PLA and takes about 7 hours to print.

Print orientation allows one change of filament at the end for the letters to avoid material waste.

The long legs do wobble a bit towards the top while printing but it's still usable.

Please make sure your bed is clean before starting to avoid any heat bed adhesion issues.

When fixing to a wall, please be careful to not overtighten the screws to avoid cracking.

Great design with a reasonable amount of filament and very useful. Before I printed this my sanding disk were all very the place, now no problem finding them. Thank you!

Looks great, I'm glad it's useful. The model can always be made much stronger but I usually don't like to waste filament so I try to make them just strong enough to be functional

Nice design, will defo be useful. I printed with 0.6mm nozzle which may have a bit silly as the print seems to minimize filament usage. but still happy with it as it's a good design 😉

Turned out pretty well. Printed using black Bambu PETG HF on the A1. couple small issues but totally usable and functional. Love how the grit numbers are in a different colour. Was easy to do with an AMS. Thanks for sharing design! Going to print a couple for Christmas gifts.

Walls are a little thin so you have to be careful not to break them. I printed this in matte black PLA but I'd use PET-G if I had to do it again just to give it a little more strength. All in all, it does exactly what I need it to do, and looks good too! Thank you!

Some parts were so thin that they wouldn't adhere

Please make sure your bed is clean before starting to avoid any heat bed adhesion issues. I've even added this in the description.

I cleaned the bed first. The issue may have been the filament that I used - not sure. Either way, thank you for your work on this project. It looks like it worked great for other people.

I've had issues before especially with lower priced filaments. In most of the cases it was down to adjusting the default settings.
