Description

I have created a second version of a riser that elevates the AMS unit for Bambu Lab P1P, P1S, and X1C printers, designed so the glass can slide backward, allowing airflow for optimal PLA printing. The model is optimized to save time and material while providing a complete solution that meets all requirements.

NOW with glass protection!

Many existing solutions require a large amount of plastic, take a long time to print, and fail to fully address the primary function. As a result, I had to design my own part to solve these issues efficiently.

I just commented on your other slider that I was about to print when I saw this. Maybe ill be the first one to try this outside of your own testing. Can I still use the LED strip attachment with this or is that strictly for the V1 and 2 and this slim version wont work with it?

:D The LED strip attachment was only designed for the V1 and V2 of the larger risers. This minimalist riser is only 9mm high, so there’s no room to mount that type of LED holder. With this model, I focused on pure minimalism. You can stick the LED strip to the inner walls of this riser, but the LED strip must be 9mm wide or less.

But if you want, i can quickly make you 10mm version, so you can stick any standard sized LED strip

oh no you don't have to go doing all that, especially if that wasnt something you were planning already. This slim version looks nice and tight and would probably work best without a bunch of extras cause some people like that minimalist esthetic. I really don't mind to print the V2 version which is the one I was about to boot up as soon as I change my .2 nozzle back to my .4 nozzle. I appreciate you being willing to hop on that though! that's super cool of you!

This is an incredibly lightweight riser. While it's called a riser, its true purpose is to push and pull the top cover, allowing for easy switching between enhanced cooling and enclosed printing modes... Weighing just 94g, it's incredibly material-efficient. As for the issue of Teflon tube wear, this model can be a solution: https://makerworld.com.cn/zh/models/133988#profileId-32986 Even for those with tubes that protrude excessively, this ultralight riser will undoubtedly resolve the issue. I highly recommend it to everyone. 👍👍👍👍👍
