Description

Tombstone-Shaped Cookie Cutter for Halloween

Cookie size: 40 mm x 60 mm

 

Cookie Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 100g sugar
  • 1 bag vanilla sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 125g soft butter
  • 260g flour (or 200g flour + 60g cornstarch)

Preparation:

  1. In a container, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt, and egg.
  2. Add the butter and mix well.
  3. Add all the flour at once and knead until it forms a ball of dough.
  4. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm (use two pencils to support the rolling pin) and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  5. Take the baking sheet out of the fridge, cut into cookies with the cookie cutter.
  6. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 8 to 12 minutes.

  • Cold dough
  • Well-floured cookie cutter
  • Dough thickness of 5 mm
