Tombstone-Shaped Cookie Cutter for Halloween
Cookie size: 40 mm x 60 mm
Cookie Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 100g sugar
- 1 bag vanilla sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 125g soft butter
- 260g flour (or 200g flour + 60g cornstarch)
Preparation:
- In a container, mix the sugar, vanilla sugar, pinch of salt, and egg.
- Add the butter and mix well.
- Add all the flour at once and knead until it forms a ball of dough.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm (use two pencils to support the rolling pin) and let it rest for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Take the baking sheet out of the fridge, cut into cookies with the cookie cutter.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 8 to 12 minutes.
