Description

Here is my latest design! This is a multi-tier sales display rack that is perfect for events. I designed this because I have a really small car, and my wooden fruit trays even when not assembled together take up too much room. This will make setup easier and no need for any hardware.

I haven't tested with PETG, ABS, or ASA, but just with PLA. My models don't typically sit in the sun for too long, so I'm not too worried about the temperature.

Design Features:
1. When not assembled, the containers nest together to take up minimal space.

2. Slotted tray version for less filament use.

3. Optional support braces depending on your need and the weight of the prints.

Which to Print?:

If you require more spaces between each section, print out the long connectors tray, or if you want it to be shorter, you can download the short connector tray.

2 options of designs of trays. Either with or without slots in the bottom. Any questions, just let me know!

I am having a really hard time getting them to stack. It is nearly impossible to get them connected

Are you using the tall connectors or the short connectors? The connectors will only really go on in one direction for each side. Tall connectors have an L and R on them and the chamfer should be facing up. If the fit is a bit tight, you could try using a deburring tool on the inside corners in case there is a little bit of an elephant foot. Feel free to DM me if you have further questions and I'm happy to talk through any issues you are having.

It is a tight fit, and in my testing, it is easier to get the connectors in by putting them in the tray prior to stacking. If you would like, I can add a looser tolerance connector set

Replying to @crafthappy :
I printed with some really cheap (and poor quality) PETG and I would love a looser connector set if you have time! My prints are VERY tight to the point where trying to get the connector seated into the hole caused the bin itself to crack (I ensured I'm trying to put it together the correct way, I promise lol) the bottom of the connectors fit onto the edge of the lower bin no problem though, just the top can't fit into the upper bins properly in my case

This design is fantastic and super helpful! I’m using it to organize my coffee drippers, keeping everything tidy and saving space. The nesting feature is perfect for storage, and the no-hardware assembly makes it very convenient. Thanks for sharing!
