This is from a scan of an actual, certified Hybrid-II, 50th Percentile Male Anthropomorphic Test Dummy, aka Crash Test Dummy. This is what we use in crash tests for cars, etc. I hollowed it out and the profile is TPU for a wearable mask. Print as is and cut a slit along the back seam to wear it. The pics have datum target points, those were added on- not included in the model.

I'm 6'0 175 lbs and it fits me at 100% scale but take measurements of your face and scale accordingly.

As with any thin part, be extra careful when removing supports- for stubborn supports that might tear the skin, twist or pull sideways to release them from the part.
