The slider is stuck? Try this:

Firstly, this is quite common with print-in-place mechanical parts, so don't worry.

Use your finger or a tool to gently separate the top of the slider-circle from the wallet body; this usually resolves the issue.

If necessary, apply some pressure to the internal piece at the bottom of the wallet.

Still unresolved?

Try this:

The bottom of the wallet may be fused, which can be remedied by carefully inserting a knife between the external and internal part.

Cheers.

oh look yet another "print in place" wallet that's fused together because the creator doesn't understand tolerances. I even tried to hammer it free with a pin like some others. and im.on an a1 or a1 mini with banbu basic official filament. it shouldn't be this hard to free the mechanism. these wallets should be printed in parts to assemble if yall can't handle designing stuff in slicers. why couldnt you actually put some space between these pieces?

Hi, the tolerances on the wallet are small because naturally credit cards are slim and tend to slip into the smallest cracks, this would make the mechanism unreliable if the tolerances were higher. Honestly I don´t know why the print doesnt work for some people, since mine work in 10/10 cases, and it seems to work for many others aswell. I am sorry that it didnt work for you. P.S. You can try modeling your own Print in Place wallet if you are - as you adressed, not happy with online options:)

sounds like you should knock the dust off your slicer skills and design a proper print in place wallet for yourself, since the others are inferior and all!

Oh look, yet another user with 0 respect for another persons effort! Printed this model, worked perfectly. Yes, i had to use a little force to "release" the slider. But it works fine!

ended up destroying the first one to figure out how to get the slider free. after doing so and being able to see where it needed a little bit of coaxing printed another and freed it up pretty easily witht the dull side of a key. I've tried several of these types of wallets and I'm thinking this will be my favorite after using for a day or two. adding a photo of the bottom to save others the trouble I had.
