Description

Simple industrial Warhammer 40k bases

They are 40mm but can be scaled to any size.

I printed them with a 0.4 nozzle with 0.2 layer heigt, but i

recommend printing with 0.2 nozzle and 0.08 or 0.12 layer height.

great surface and detail. the only improvement would be to hollow out the bottom

Im working on that but its a bit difficult to Print with few supports and a Clean Finish.

yes, i have that already done they are printing Now. but im working on a Squad of 3 erradicators Now after i uploaded them i can Print the new Base Design.

V2! 0.4mm nozzle, 0.12mm layer (hollowed bottom)

Support Issue:Does not print properly on an X1 when using the profile. You definitely have to activate the support on the base, which is rather disadvantageous considering the size. Had to cancel the print because the top layer of the base did not hold cleanly.

Support are enabled, works perfectly in different printers(tested on a1, x1c and p1s multiple Times and worked perfectly everytime). try to Clean your Buildplate and nozzle , maybe adjust Filament settings and try again

This is part of a corresponding nozzle change (was printed with 0.2). This is not the first time I have printed something like this. I also had a total of 4 attempts with different settings for supports and fine details. At the moment I'm testing the bases with a resine printer.

glad you found the issue while your Print wasn't printing Well. can you explain why the Rating is 2 Stars tho? i want to know what you dont Like about the model so i can improve (If its still because you Had the issue with your nozzle Change i would appreciate an updated Rating). 😊
