Description

I recently printed a desktop holder for hardware design boards inspired as published by Alexandre Chapelle.

He explains here, how to use them: (224) This ONE tool will save you HOURS! - YouTube

And you can get them here:
Hardware Design Boards — ALCH shop
Hole size test boards — ALCH shop

Metric Thread Test Board — ALCH shop

However the holder Alexandre provides with the Design boards only holds them, with the other flopping about. So I made
this holder designed to neatly organize and display the various test boards, offering a convenient and space-saving solution for hardware projects.

The holder features multiple slots to accommodate different board sizes, ensuring stability and easy access during development and testing. A perfect addition to any workspace!

Make sure to have each a M3 M4 M5 M6 M8 M10 nut and bolt at hand to complete the Thread Measument board.

Just so you know the original M3 guide has wrong specs! The depth of the hex bolt as its stated on the original is 6.5, the CB as 8.2 and the CB with washer as 9.9, but in the actual model they are 2.5, 3.1 and 3.7 also 2.1 for the square nut depth. He included a text file with all the correct dimensions but his M3 and M8 boards shared some numbers. I have updated the numbers for M3 guide and uploaded them on my account! Feel free to update your guides!

Thank you. I know and fixed it already but I printed them and then designed my holder before I corrected it 😅
